SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

In principle we do not provide shipping. Temperature changes and delays have a negative effect on the quality of our products. This issue can be discussed by email (chocolate@esaar.be) if you are willing to choose DHL, DPD or alike at your own costs and risk.

REFUND POLICY

As our products have to be picked-up at our place, we do not refund any order.
